We all know about the benefits of yoga for adults, but yoga can benefit children as well. Schools that have integrated yoga into their curriculum show a decrease in overall student stress levels. In my talk I will show how Yoga can be an effective stress reduction tool for your child.
Teri Jacobson graduated from Regis University with a Masters in psychology in 1999 and for over ten years has been a child and family counselor in Boulder. She has personally been practicing Yoga for many years and became a Certified Yoga Instructor because she wants Yoga to be a positive resource which kids can use when they need to slow down. She offers Yoga classes for kids ages 3-10 that are imaginative, fun and interactive.
