Amedeo was born right here in Boulder, Colorado, but moved to Italy with his family shortly after he was born. After being raised with a purely Italian love for food, he moved back to Boulder when he was 14 years old and attended New Vista, September School, and Front Range Community College.
He has worked in the natural foods industry since he was 16 years old, but let’s not say how old that makes him! Amedeo previously worked for Whole Foods for 8 years and started working at Udi’s in 2005. He has worked at Alfalfa’s since our reopening in 2011 and we couldn’t be happier to have his valuable skillset on our team!
Amedeo is our resident olive oil expert and his love for good, healthy food makes him a perfect fit within the Alfalfa’s family. He has a passion for helping people cook and changing the way they eat, so stop on by and have a chat!
