We use the finest local, regional and organic ingredients for our hand-picked selection of artisan breads, cakes, pies, pastries and cookies that please every palate and satisfy your sweet tooth. Whether you’re vegan or a gluten-avoider, we feature a delicious selection of cakes, cookies, chocolates and more than cater to your dietary needs.
- Our artisan breads are baked using Old World traditions and recipes.
- We say NO to artificial ingredients, such as bleached or bromated flours.
- We use organic, cage-free eggs, organic sugar, organic flour and organic milk in all of our bakery recipes.
- We never use high fructose corn syrup or hydrogenated oils
- Our decadent desserts are made with wholesome, organic and local ingredients.
- Made to order … Alfalfa’s desserts are available in small single-serving sizes or whole freshly baked pies and cakes to share.
