Community Room

**ATTENTION** Beginning January 1st, 2020 the Community Room in Alfalfa’s Boulder will no longer be available.

We have a great little room attached to our Louisville store, and when we’re not hosting events, we open it up to you, our community. You can hold private gatherings, public events, and whatever else you can dream up.

Louisville Community Room Cleaning Checklist

Thank you for your interest in using Alfalfa's Community Room. Please complete this form in its entirety and submit at least two weeks before the date of your planned meeting or event. Submission of this form indicates that you understand and agree to our conditions for use of the Community Room, including setup, takedown and cleanup. These conditions are as follows:

Community Room Terms and Conditions

1. Our Community Room space is off limits for all commercial purposes. Selling, auctioning and fundraising activities are not allowed in our Community Room. You may not sell tickets to events in this space.
2. Community Room users must leave the room clean. This includes trash removal, surface wipe down and removal of anything brought into the room that is not the property of Alfalfa’s Market.
3. Alcohol in not allowed in the Community Room.
4. Users must check-in with the Guest Services Desk before and after their meeting or event. At check-in, users will receive a cleaning checklist that must be completed and submitted to Guest Services at the end of the reservation. If users fail to submit the completed cleaning checklist to the Guest Services desk at the end of their reservation a $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
5. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, but we do provide catering. Please speak with Guest Service staff or visit our catering department HERE for additional information.
6. Alfalfa’s does not provide any business services to Community Room users.

Alfalfa’s community room rental fee is $25 per hour. Reservations may only be booked up to 3 months in advance. The Community Room must be left in good shape (cleaned, surfaces wiped down, nothing left behind, chairs and tables folded and properly stored). Failure to meet these requirements will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

• Room size: 27’ x 32’
• 76 chairs available
• 19 tables available
• Free WIFI – login info posted in the Community Room
• White board
• Users must use the public restrooms located at the bottom of the stairs and are NOT permitted to use employee bathrooms upstairs.
•Screen is available. Projector is not available at this time.
